Renee's Pick
Indian Restaurant · Azusa & Main, La Puente

Delphi Palace

This is my absolute favorite spot — a hidden gem in La Puente serving incredible Indian cuisine right at Azusa Avenue and Main Street. The flavors are authentic, the portions are generous, and the warm hospitality makes every visit feel like coming home. My go-to is the butter chicken with garlic naan, aloo gobi as a side, and gulab jamun for dessert — every bite is heaven! If you have not tried it yet, you are in for a treat.

Aldolino's Italian Restaurant

A beloved neighborhood trattoria on Arrow Highway known for authentic, fresh Italian cuisine — think homemade pasta, Rigatoni Al Forno with Italian sausage, crabcakes, and spumoni. Warm, cozy, and unpretentious with a lively weekend vibe. The drink menu is excellent and highly recommended — do not miss it. It is also a fantastic place to host a party; I have celebrated a few of my own gatherings here and it never disappoints. My go-to is the chicken piccata with garlic mashed potatoes and roasted veggies, and the crème brûlée for dessert — wow! And do not skip the fresh bread with garlic and olive oil, it is a standout.
